These terms apply to purchases made through vivavirsa.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products
Viva Virsa sells hand-finished Indian and South Asian ethnic wear, made to order. Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the finished garment because of differences in fabric dye lots, lighting and monitor calibration. Hand embroidery carries small natural variations; these are a feature of handwork, not a defect.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where an item has been listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.
Making and delivery times
Because each piece is made individually, production time is confirmed with you at the time of order and begins once measurements and payment are received. Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply from dispatch, not from the order date. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Measurements
Where you supply your own measurements, the garment will be made to those measurements. Please check them carefully — items made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer are not returnable.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout and processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
